Automatic scheduling

Our system optimally and autonomously generates all appointments based upon the geo-position of the property concerned (GPS position). Due to the process time, contractual parameters and staff planning which are pre-set for each service module, the appointments are scheduled in the best order and the relevant notices or individual notification cards are generated. The system also automatically generates follow-up appointments depending on workload and the distance between the different job sites.

Field staff tracking

An example: a tenant calls your central service number and asks what time the service employee will be coming. You succinctly reply: in 12 minutes. Thanks to GPS tracking and route planning, at any point in time the system works out how many minutes the service employee is from their next job. The tenant can even track the service employee right up until their front door via an end user portal.

Real time proof of service performance

The system knows as soon as the service employee is waiting by the tenant's front door. We compare the geo-coordinates of the property concerned with that of his or her MDA device. This also allows us to detect false entries.

Unbelievable adherence to schedules and cost savings

The VDP is based on tried and tested, reliable heuristics which model the traffic situation, as well as geographic features, in order to reach the intended property with maximum efficiency.
